Delivery is available, at an additional charge, for a majority of our furniture. For smaller items like decorative accents, Furniture2Go offers UPS Standard Ground Shipping

What if my merchandise is delivered damaged?
If there is a problem with your furniture during delivery, you can contact one of our Customer Service Representatives. They are available to take your call daily between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Please remember to report all problems immediately so that we can correct the problem in a timely manner.
Will you help me setup my furniture?
Yes. Most furniture is delivered from the truck to the inside of your home and is set up for you.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Applicable sales tax will be added during checkout for orders.
Can I pick up my furniture?
If you purchase in our showroom, customer pick up is available.

Does Furniture2Go offer financing?
Yes. Apply for our Financing Program in-store. Once you are approved, you may use your line of credit to purchase any of our furniture items.
What forms of payment does Furniture2Go accept?
Furniture2Go accepts VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, cashiers checks, wire transfers, and cash. Credit financing is also available.
Is your site secure?

Does the color of the physical merchandise differ from what is on the site?
Because settings on individual monitors vary, it is often hard for us to show the exact color(s) of each item. All images have been optimized to look their best on a variety of different platforms, browsers, and monitors.
